Our large banqueting facilities boast 5 conference rooms catering for between 10 to 400 delegates, the art deco suite has hosted brand launches, conferences and banquets as well as many other events. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Conference & Banqueting Coordinator on to the team.

As Conference & Banqueting Coordinator, you will be required to;

  • Maximise Sales on all Conference & Banqueting facilities
  • Work In-conjunction with the Sales Team to devise packages & rates to maximise hotel yield.
  • Sell the hotel by re-active and pro-active “cold calling” using telephone and in-house appointments, carry out necessary research, using hotel database, client files, business & local media
  • Carry out Follow-up calls to previous clients to entice them to use the hotel again
  • Ensure customer satisfactions with the product and service

The successful candidate will have a proven history of Conference & Banqueting experience. Hotel knowledge is essential, as is an excellent attention to detail, sales and customer service skills.
