Our Barbacks will play a pivotal role in the success of our Food and Beverage offering. The restaurant and bar are designed to become the destination of choice in Knightsbridge which demands the expertise of exceptional professionals to deliver this vision.

Reporting to the Head Bartender you will be responsible for ensuring that the Bartenders and Waiters have everything available to them at all times to ensure that Il Bar is an outstanding bar and lounge. The pride you take in the care of the bar and lounge areas will ensure Il Bar is at the heart of the hotel’s social scene.

To be successful in your application you will already have experience within a 5 star hotel and will already have some food and beverage experience through studies and work experience.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
