Our dishes are Peruvian-inspired and insanely flavoursome and our drinks and general bar program is really quite exceptional. Experience in this particular field of cuisine is always nice but certainly not essential.

To join the Pachamama family you will need to prove that you…

• Have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Have at least one year’s recruitment selection experience with a high volume London hotel, restaurant or member’s club.
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of employment law and be able to confidently advise our management team with regard to the compliance of policies and the aforementioned.
• Are of both a proactive and positive disposition, and are able to handle challenging situations with decorum and benignity.
• Have a sagacious grasp of all IT packages that are relevant to the position.
• Have an impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Are a confident, well-groomed individual who enjoys communicating with people from all walks of life, and relishes in encouraging them and inspiring their personal and professional growth.
• Are not a cosmic space goblin who travels across the universe on the back of blue leopard looking for new worlds to conquer, disguised as a HR administrator.
