Right now, we're looking for a Studio Coordinator to join the team at the Oxfordshire Health and Racquets club.
About the Role
* You will be part of the Management Team reporting directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager
* You will have full responsibility and accountability for fitness class programming within the centre, covering the management, governance, and active selling of the product and services in the studio classes timetable.
* You will be responsible for the continual improvement of site standards with regards to the external instructors.
* You will also be the role model for responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.
Skills/Experience
Required REPs level 2 qualified or equivalent.
Is an experienced class instructor, preferably with an Exercise to Music qualification as a minimum.
Has proven experience in effectively designing and managing studio programmes.
Has proven management experience, with proven evidence of managing performance, improving potential, and effectively leading teams.
Has strong organisational skills to maintain a smooth running of the classes for members.We will apply to the DBS for disclosure on successful candidates.
