Our clients Hotel and Spa is set in acres of landscaped English countryside, they now have an opportunity for a Spa Manager to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, offering exceptional guest service. The hotel attracts a range of guest's from families, wedding parties and couples looking for that romantic break.

We are looking for a Spa Manager ideally with Hotel Spa experience to develop the current team and take the Spa to the next level.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

* NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualified, CIDESO, CIBTAC or equivalent
* Hotel Spa experience is essential
* You must be an experienced Spa Manager focused on driving the business forward, have experience in Managing a team.
* You will have full responsibility of your budget, P&L, KPI's and confident at achieving targets.
* Exceptional customer Service has to be at the heart of everything you do
* Great personality, professional but friendly
* Strong team work ethic
* Keen eye for detail ensuring that the guests receive an unforgettable experience

Package on Offer:

* Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 | Depending on experience
* Bonus
