There are no class times; we always have Trainers on site ready to offer a personalized workout experience.

The Role

9Round are seeking dynamic, passionate and motivated Managers to join our growing UK team. 

You must be energetic, motivated, physically fit and very outgoing with a proven track record in the fitness industry. We want people who will share our vision and drive to grow and develop the club, ensuring the quality of our product and services remain superior. Successful candidates will be passionate about group and functional training; kickboxing experience is preferred but not necessary.

This role will include the following:

• Assisting with Sales - driving sales through local community and corporate outreach
• Conducting the 9Round workout for our members
• Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S etc)

Candidates should have the following:

• Level 3 REPS Certification
• Boxing/kickboxing experience not necessary but preferred
• First Aid Certificate
• Outstanding customer service and people skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen will be highly regarded

The Assistant Manager has responsibility for the general daily operations of the fitness club including:

• Overseeing the daily workouts and ensuring full member satisfaction
• Membership Sales and Retention
• Marketing (Assisting with Social Media & Outreach ideas)
• Administration
• Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S)
• Assisting the Club Manager with all other duties where applicable including but not limited to:
• Lead generation
• Reporting and performance analysis
• Payment processing and recovering customer debt
• Training and recruiting Casual Trainers
