A friendly and enthusiastic Reception - Welcome Host Team Leader wanted to provide the warmest of welcomes and lead a group of multi skilled team members

Who are we looking for?

Our reception team is the public face of our hotel, ensuring thousands of guests receive the warmest of welcomes.

As Reception - Welcome Host Team Leader you'll need to mentor the team so they provide the highest standards of hospitality at all time and contribute to the success of the business.

You never know what the day might bring - but whatever it is we need our team to be helpful, friendly and solution-driven. This is a full time position working 5 days out of 7.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and developing the welcome host team
• Contributing towards the delivery of the Hotel Product Plan
• Maintaining high standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

If you are passionate about hospitality, a great communicator and have an eye for quality guest experience then this could be the role for you. Previous experience in this or a similar role is essential.
