Our Aparthotels can be found in new or adapted buildings typically in key cities and close to transport links. Our growth strategy means we are busy behind the scenes working on a number of new openings every year!

We are pleased to release a new position within our Roomzzz Aparthotel Brand. You will be responsible for managing the strategic pricing and inventory for a cluster of aparthotels with broader revenue management activity for the group.

This position is based in Leeds, however occasional travel will be required to support group activities.

Main Duties:

·Drive Market Share and Revenue Performance across all properties, with a particular focus on allocated cluster on a permanent basis

·Produce accurate forecast on weekly and monthly basis

·Ensure that sales and pricing strategies are based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis and reporting

·Ensure professional and efficient utilisation of all systems, in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures

·Ensure that hotels and teams are actively engaged in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement strategies

·Ensure high quality of revenue management processes and communications are applied consistently across hotels through the team

·Work closely with the Hotel managers, Sales Team and CRO to develop and improve strategies across hotels

·Develops and distributes information, strategies, and new company initiatives

·Evaluates and revises business processes and systems to improve hotel(s) market share and ensure revenue maximisation

·Establishes and maintains effective partnerships with third party suppliers and clients

·Reviews performance statistics to determine impact of current strategies, and revises as necessary

·Reviews and critiques actual performance against goals to determine strategic effectiveness and adjusts accordingly

·Develops & Pilots tools and processes to enhance reporting and business decisions made by the team

·Keep all training materials & manuals up to date to improve overall performance of our team.

·To co-ordinate and present the monthly revenue meetings or calls with the cluster hotels
