Person Required

• Must be personable, confident and attentive, able to fulfil the role of an excellent maitre D’ during service, remembering return custom
• Must show a genuine passion for their work and encourage this from the rest of their team, must have an ability to train and support
• Must have a knowledge of classical food, wine and service
• Must show an ability to ensure the profitability of a restaurant
