As General Manager you are responsible for leading your team to deliver this and outperform against plan. You’ll do this through leading, coaching and inspiring your depot management team for optimum results. You’ll love growing talent and raising the performance bar to ensure you have a top team, helping everyone save money, live better!

We’d love to hear from you if…
You have a ‘can do’ attitude and a personality that thrives in a culture defined by pace, passion and stretch. You’re experienced in running large distribution centres and leading c.1000 colleagues to deliver the best results in an ever changing environment. Influencing and communicating with colleagues from all areas of the business comes naturally to you, whether you’re working in partnership with the Union to find joint solutions and improve the depot environment or building relationships with the General Store Managers from the Stores your depot serves. You’re passionate about people and love the responsibility of owning the full end to end process in line with a Low Cost Operating Model (LCOM).
