About the role Outstanding levels of service don’t stop when the sun goes down. You’ll make sure of it. Leading and inspiring your team through the night, you’ll be responsible for the replenishment, merchandising and operational standards of your store. On top of this, you’ll ensure a warm and welcoming environment for late-night customers – where everything on their shopping list can be found quickly and easily. Come morning, you’ll hand over a fully stocked, ship-shape store.

Deliver the business plan for ambient, fresh and warehouse during the night

Lead a team of Section Managers and Section Leaders

Manage deliveries and oversee all modular, seasonal and promotional changes

Ensure the overnight team achieves its targets

What you’ll need:

Knowledge of how to run a supermarket store
