Who are we looking for?

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you should be comfortable working in a high volume environment whilst maintaining a high standard of quality and food presentation. An idealKitchen Supervisor:

* Has previous kitchen supervisory experience working in a fast-paced casual restaurant or bar

* Ensures health and safety standards are adhered at all times

* Leads by example, work alongside their team and able to jump in to help and coach them through busy periods

* Can manage food ordering and stock control

* Is passionate about delivering excellent food

* Has excellent leadership skills and able to manage, inspire and motivate the kitchen team

* Be able to work under pressure
