Assistant Manager - The George Hotel, Lichfield

The George Hotel is a 3 star, 45 bedroom hotel situated in the heart of Lichfield City centre. The hotel has ‘Darwins’ restaurant which offers Modern British cuisine along with conference and banqueting facilities for up to 100.

We have an excellent opportunity to join the hotel as Assistant Manager.

Working alongside an experienced and dedicated Management team, you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the hotel which will involve daily duty management and coordination between all departments.

Candidates will need to be customer focused and standards driven with good communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to control and manage junior staff. A sound understanding of IT and basic knowledge of front office systems would be an advantage, however, full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment and may be looking for a first step into management.
