Our client, a stunning, four star deluxe Hotel in London has an opening for a Food and Beverage Manager.

The F&B Manager is responsible for all aspects fo the Food and Beverage operation at this fine Hotel.

You will also be required to enhance the strategy to drive and promote sales in all Restaurant, Bar and Function outlets. This is a hands on rolethat focuses on superior customer service and the maintainance of superior standards in all areas of the operation.

Effective F & B Cost control is a key result of this role and an ability to lead a talented team is essential.

This role will suit an F & B Manager of a 4 star Deluxe Hotel or an Assistant F & B Manager of a large 5 star Hotel looking for a promotion to F & B Manager.
