Frank Lampard isn't the only new managerial appoint at Pride Park this season as we are looking to add Senior Hospitality Manager to the Delaware North squad.  We need you to be the face of our company, to always put yourself on the line to ensure that the smiles stay firmly on the customer’s faces. You will work hard and fast because you take pride in your company as they do you!  

The role of Senior Hospitality Manager at Pride Park, home of Derby County Football Club, is  accountable for ensuring that the catering operation is delivered in the most efficient way to provide a cost effective and quality service to clients and guests. Working closely with the General Manager, duties will include, managing the relationship with internal and external clients in a positive and professional manner, ensuring efficient and professional delivery of outstanding customer service to guests within the Conference & Events business whilst, driving the hospitality business effectively in line with company standards and strategies.

Reporting into the Deputy General Manager, the ideal candidate will come from a similar role, be an excellent people manager who has managed a team of front line staff, will be able to deliver quality service and will be able to deal with customer and client feedback positively!

This role is offered on a permanent full time basis of 40 hours per week and will include working match days in accordance with the DCFC fixtures therefore the ideal candidate will be flexible with working hours as evening and weekend work is required.
