What is the main purpose of the role?

Supervise all Kitchen Porters, ensuring that their work is carried out to the required standard; the kitchen and equipment are kept clean and to assist the food service and Chefs as required. You are responsible for making sure that the correct cleaning procedures are followed regarding chemicals and equipment and also follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

You must be available to work 5 days out of 7 on rotational shift patterns between 7am and midnight.
