Our ambition is to make our ships the safest on the seas, and you’ll be responsible for helping to make that happen in this varied and exciting role, you’ll have a hand in shaping and making it your own. Your challenge will be to expertly identify and communicate any public health concerns or failures, building the skills of the on board team and maintaining their knowledge and understanding of legislation and operational objectives.

We’re looking for a Public Health Superintendant with significant experience of cross-departmental public health.  You will have worked in a similar role previously and, have a professional qualification too – it might be related to food safety, infectious disease control, pest control, health & safety or public health.  A calming presence, a structured approach and the ability to influence people at all levels is essential. And of course, you’ll also need an outstanding knowledge of global public health legislation and know what it takes to ensure the safety of passengers and staff from public health risks.
