Hotel Du Vin at One Devonshire Gardens in the leafy west end of Glasgow is looking for a leader. Someone who will understand that running a successful business isn’t just about exceeding the brand standards, or having a super P&L. We want someone who will look after the team and by developing them, will deliver the expectation of celebrity service.

One Devonshire Gardens is a step apart from the usual Hotel Du Vin standards and has an enviable reputation for service and style.

As General Manager at One Devonshire Gardens you will have the pleasure of working with a 3 AA rosette restaurant and a hotel that has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment in recent months and of course a committed and engaged team of like-minded Heads of Departments and team members.

We are looking for someone who as General Manager is passionate about food & beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. The ideal candidate will be organised, an excellent communicator, a hands-on manager who has excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a similar quality hotel is required. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.

Ideally you will know the Glasgow market and understand how to maximize revenue within the business by looking at the bigger picture, managing the detail through your department managers and team will be second nature and leading from the front to set the example is something you are no stranger to.
