Purchase Ledger Assistant - Newport

We are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join the Accounts department at The Celtic Manor Resort.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in computerised accounts covering all aspects of purchase ledger, including matching, batching, inputting invoices, filing, reconciliation of statements and cheque runs along with building/maintaining excellent relationships with internal personnel and supplier representatives.

 

Experience in high volume invoice processing would be beneficial. Applicants need to have good team spirit, excellent communication skills, be approachable and have attention to detail. If you have experience using ‘Sun’, this would be an advantage. However, more emphasis will be placed on your skills and experience as well as your demonstrated ability to work proactively.

 

Salary: £17,948 per annum

Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:30pm
