This large 402-bedroom hotel boasts 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates, Jenny's Carvery & Crompton's Restaurant and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Part Time Restaurant Supervisor on to the team.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to;

  • Ensure that all Restaurant employees are trained in accordance with the Restaurants SOP
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection and training of employees for the Restaurant
  • Liaise with all Food and Beverage departments including the Kitchen to ensure that all guest requirements are met.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction is prioritised by all departmental staff

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a 100+ bedroom hotel. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff and guests. This role requires you to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
