The Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa is a 148-bedroom hotel that offers a signature 3 Course a La Carte Menu, a popular choice for our guests. We also offer 9 function rooms that hold up to 200 guests, including a main suite with flexible flooring space, all situated on the ground floor, making our hotel a popular venue choice. Due to continued expansion we are looking for a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor on to the team.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be required to;

  • Supervise the day to day operation of the Restaurant & Bar staff.
  • Ensure that all F&B employees are trained in accordance with the Restaurants & Bars SOP
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection and training of employees for the Restaurant
  • Liaise with all Food and Beverage departments including the Kitchen to ensure that all guest requirements are met.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction is prioritised by all departmental staff

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a 100+ bedroom hotel. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff and guests.
