The George Inn in Norton St Philip is a fantastic hotel, bar and restaurant on the outskirts of Bath steeped in history and mystery!
Our head chef is looking to strengthen the existing team with the addition of an experienced commis chef
As the commis you will support the head chef and the whole kitchen team in producing fantastic food and providing an outstanding customer experience for all our guests. Ideal candidates will have experience of volume fresh food dining, confident in all areas of the kitchen with sound understanding of the legal and administrative side of the kitchen.
Your willingness to work flexible shifts to cover hotel breakfast service, food all day and service evenings and weekends is essential. This is an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic commis chef to develop their already considerable skills and move on to the next level.
Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience and live-in accommodation is also available for the right candidate.
