What is the main purpose of the role?

To train and develop the skills to be a Maintenenace Assistant and support the ongoing needs of the beautiful Tortworth Court Hotel. There is fantastic on the job training provided by our skilled De Vere team with the addition of an Apprenticeship with a day a week at college.

You will work as part of the Maintenance team to assit in completing all maintenance related work within the hotel in a timely fashion; as part of the team you’ll be responsible for making sure the property is consistently maintained to group standards and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

The role will cover both reactive and planned preventative work and involve working closely with all hotel departments to ensure minimum disruption to guests.
