Our Pastry Sous Chef will show exceptional technical skill and expertise in all areas of pastry.

You will be uncompromising in the quality of food you prepare and present all in accordance to the hotel quality and service standards.

Working closely with the two kitchens, sales, front office and all senior management you will ensure timely and exacting preparation and delivery.

You will report to the Executive pastry chef and will assist in managing and directing the small but highly skilled pastry team.


To be successful in your application you will have previous experience and qualifications essential for successful performance in the role; however it will be your passion for the job that sets you apart.

We are encouraging a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
