Duty Manager - The Bulgari Hotel, London

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team here at The Bulgari Hotel London.

As a Duty Manager you will be providing operational management support throughout the hotel at all times, monitoring guest satisfaction, security, employee activity, physical defects with main focus on the lobby, guest-room area.

Within the Bulgari Hotel London, you will be liaising internally with Revenue, Reservation, Accounting, Sales, Concierge, Room Service, HK, Restaurant, Engineering, Executive Offices, Spa, Restaurant Reservations and externally with Hotel guests/visitors, designated service company personnel and vendors.

Some of your responsibilities will include monitoring the efficiency levels in Front Office, overseeing the operation of all Front of House departments in the absence of the relevant HOD, carrying out all appointed Duty Manager duties, maximising every opportunity to increase revenue by upselling, interacting with guests at every opportunity.

You will be fully aware of all happenings in the hotel which may affect the role of the Duty Manager. This would include management decisions, new directives and rates, events, sales visits etc. and ensures this information is shared with your team.  A major part of your role is to ensure a record is kept of guest feedback so remedial action can take place to resolve outstanding problems.

To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5 star hospitality industry. You will be an impeccably presented individual who possesses excellent customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have a good level of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
