Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a great track record in providing brilliant customer service. Strong organisational, time management and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the ability to work on your own or as part of a team.  

The ideal candidate will have experience of resolving both customer enquiries and customer complaints and of sales. They will be familiar with Microsoft Office, a good knowledge of Excel formulas, graphs and reporting tools is highly desirable but not essential.

This is an innovative new role in a fast-paced Marketing Team, experience in marketing is desirable, especially social media, however a keen interest in the area without any work experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

The Customer Engagement Executive will ensure excellent customer engagement across Wave. Handling all calls, emails and social media communications to Wave, they will feedback on the content of these communications, to ensure issues are fixed across the business and we continue to improve and innovate across all teams.

Assisting the Head of Marketing in reporting on customer insight across the business. The successful candidate will also offer proactive sales opportunities across customer communications and drive marketing initiatives.
