We have an opportunity for a full time Business Development Manager to join our team in Birmingham.

As a Business Development Manager you will generate new business,membership, fitness and clinical products - and retain current members by selling the correct membership and giving excellent customer service.

Key focuses will include:

* Operating within Nuffield Brand standards and adhering to the rules around Data Protection & other operational regulations including Clinical Governance.
* Generate new business leads for club membership, physiotherapy & health assessments from the local corporate market.
* Develop an activity plan which helps to ensure the club can hit its targets in respect of key membership & clinical revenue lines.
* Develop & maintain excellent business links & relationships with key staff within local businesses & corporate organisations to ensure the Nuffield message & proposition is understood within the local market.
* Maintain & develop the relationships we have with existing corporate customers to ensure we maximise every opportunity to deliver the Nuffield message & derive business benefit on membership & clinical lines.
* Develop a network of key local contacts with the community & local businesses that meet on a regular basis for mutual business benefit.
* Support the in club sales & marketing process as required including the sales process.
* Helping to ensure the club hits its membership sales target.
