The role involves the daily management in all operational procedures and codes of conduct within the Club to ensure that the provision of an effective service is given to all internal and external clients and guests. Reporting directly into the Spirit Manager and you will support in the daily Spirit Club operation.

Flexibility in this role is essential as the hours of work are on a shift basis including weekends, early & late shift.

Responsible for:-

Looking after your club as if it's your own and getting to know your customers as well as delivering the very best business results.

You will take overall responsibility for all leisure activities, ensuring the smooth running of leisure club operations in terms of both sales and membership retention.

You will drive and inspire both the Leisure team to make sure our guests and members have the best experience.

Other areas of responsibility will involve achieving financial targets for Club Revenue, being able to create and develop financial reports and provide forecasts for revenue, operating costs and payroll.

Your role will be to plan and identify trends, being able to measure productivity and monitor progress providing key information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

The Person

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are ESSENTIAL.

You will need to have a good knowledge of all aspects of the leisure and fitness industry.

Excellent organisational skills are also required for this demanding role and the ability to help train, develop and lead your team according to company guidelines and policy.

You will be able to demonstrate high quality people management skills as well as good business acumen.

Good Sales and Marketing skills are also essential for this role in order to devise appropriate strategies to attract and retain members in order to achieve membership targets.
