Could you?

 

Monitor line performance and report issues to maintenance and the shift manager. 

Make decisions that comply with company policies and be consistent with other management as best as possible. 

Double check all HACCP points have been correctly validated and verified by checks as per quality records.

Work with engineers and shift mangers to minimise downtime and improve line performance. 

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of packaging hall.

Cover machines on the line if short staffed or to allow the lines to produce whilst staggering break times. 

 

Are you?

 

Computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft programmes, SAP knowledge useful and FLT licence preferable

Produce food safe products that are true to the brand in the most efficient manner.

Good at making decisions, especially in pressurised environments

Someone with good attention to detail who enjoys problem solving.

Comfortable leading and someone who enjoys leading and coaching other team members.
