Keep the line running effectively, ensuring the delivery of process and brewing scheduled tasks.

Carry out duties relating to the production and supply of beer to Packaging according to trained skills within the skills matrix for the department. Clean plant and equipment required for the receipt and storage of beer or other products for packaging.

Assist with, and upon completion of training, load and unload road tankers and transfer beer to packaging.

Upon completion of training adjust product to specification as instructed by management or senior operators Maintain accurate and legible records as required by the QA System of all activities

Have experience of COSHH and HACCP

Enjoy communicating and working within a team

Have good time management skills
