Pastry Sous Chef - Newport
We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef to join our Pastry Kitchen. You must ensure you are quality driven and have a genuine drive and ambition. This role provides an excellent opportunity for the right individual to work within talented team. This role will be responsible for producing the highest standards of food primarily for a 200+ cover buffet restaurant, production of afternoon tea pastries and production of restaurant standard plated desserts for conference and banqueting (ranging from 40 to 800).
Ideally candidates will have experience at the same level in a similar sized / quality establishment. You will be a committed and dedicated individual who strives for perfection. This role requires real passion, creativity and flair.
