General Manager Barrow, Cumbria 30-34K basic OTE 40K

We are currently looking for a General Manager to run a well established and successful 3000 member health and fitness club in Barrow, Cumbria. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record within the health and fitness industry, a leader who will relish the opportunity to drive service and standards in a club with a strong fitness and group exercise focus. We are looking for a strong all round candidate so will be as comfortable leading and driving the membership sales as well as ensuring the operational standards and health and safety across the gym and the wet side operations.

My client is offering highly competitive basic salary for the region in te range of 30-34K and the opportunity to earn a further 6K in performance related bonuses. Interviews are immediately available.
