At Levy Restaurants we are proud to be the caterers at ExCel London and are currently recruiting for experienced Retail Team Leaders.

Our event day staff are in charge of delivering the highest standard of customer service, they’re the face of our company and they don’t let us down – their welcoming smile being a lasting image in our customers’ mind.

Who we’re looking for:
Bring us an enthusiastic, ambitious and confident approach, plus a genuine interest in our business, and in return we’ll give you a starting hourly wage of £8.50 per hour, plus holiday pay once accrued and an opportunity to develop and progress.

Do you have a passion for hospitality, people and service?

We are looking for passionate, energetic and committed Team Leaders to join our team at the ExCel London. You will be placed in our concessions team; operating on the boulevard with 12 units, or our pop up stands in hall. The units offer a variety of food and beverages for guest to enjoy!

Consistently deliver Legendary Experiences by putting our guest first, showing heartfelt hospitality and focussing on winning – one customer at a time.

Requirements

Job Overview:
• Supervision of all employees assigned to your unit or area during the event.
• Ensure a full briefing is completed at the beginning of each shift.
• Assist fellow employees when necessary.
• Promote a cooperative work climate, maximising productivity and morale.
• Follow key steps of service.
• Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing.
• Effectively use suggestive sales and upselling techniques.
• Ensure all products are fully displayed and merchandised appropriately.
• Ensure guest expectations have been met and exceeded at all times.
