First impressions count. And that's where you come in. As a Client Services Adviser at our Corporate Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you'll support the smooth running of our reception providing a high level of care and service.

You'll love your career at Nuffield Health. Our unique approach to connected healthcare brings great advantages to our members and patients. It also creates amazing opportunities for you to find professional fulfilment. Across hospitals, clinics and medical centres, Fitness and Wellbeing Clubs, and specialist services including physiotherapy, we offer total, personalised health and wellbeing. What's more, as Britain's largest not for profit healthcare provider, we invest every penny in services and staff. Our big plans for change and growth include lots of support for your professional development. And we offer more time and scope for you to make a difference.

At our Corporate facility, based at Gogarburn Edinburgh you will be working a shift pattern to cover hours of the centre between 06:00 - 22:00 which are as follows:

06:00 - 14:30
10:30 - 19:00
13:30 - 22:00

Helping us to create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment, as a Client Services Adviser you'll provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits the Club. From giving a warm welcome, to answering queries in a caring and helpful way, as part of our reception team you'll make sure everyone feels valued. Supporting Client Services Managers within the Centre you will work both on the Fitness Centre Reception and Medical Centre Reception.

To join us, you'll need great communication skills. Whether face to face or on the phone, you have the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people. Self-motivated, with plenty of initiative, you have experience of delivering great service. We'll also expect you to have basic computer skills including the user of Word and Excel.

As our facility also includes Poolside facilities, if you are a competent swimmer and you also wished to join our Lifeguarding team then training will be given as part of the position.

We want you to be the best you can be. So we promise to support you with training, career development and our unique health and wellbeing focused benefits package. This includes free membership of your local Fitness and Wellbeing Club, private healthcare and an annual health assessment, as well as a range of lifestyle and financial wellbeing benefits. We want to help you live well and get the balance right in life, so we'll give you 25 days' holiday in your first years here - and we'll reward you with more annual leave for building your career with us.
