You will be supporting the management of a team of between 5-20 colleagues, inspiring and developing your team to deliver a premium service to our customers.

You will be driving promotions and company initiatives such as free health checks for our customers worth 10 for a week as a part of our using our scale for good Healthtember initiative.

Ensuring all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered will be crucial to your success.

Key Skills

  • You will ensure customers are at the heart of everything we do, from ensuring medicine availability; dispensing, giving health care advice to carrying out tests, you and your team will be at hand to deliver our vision.
  • You will support the manager to lead, motivate and develop your colleagues
  • You will ensure you and your colleagues are keeping us and customer safe and legal
  • You will support the manager to build working relationships with Primary Care Organisations (PCOs) and GP surgeries
  • You will ensure payment claims are accurate for anything covered by the NHS

  • Supporting the management of one of our new modern pharmacies, you'll apply your substantial management experience and strong customer focus to lead and motivate your team to be the best they can be.

    You will be possess a pharmacy degree, be a member of the GeneralPharmaceutical Council (GPhC), be MUR certified and be willing to have a criminal record check carried out.
