As a General Manager at Prezzo, you can expect to run the restaurant with a management team of at least 3, consisting of Assistant Managers and Supervisors. You will have an active role in the restaurants finances, whilst ensuring that our Prezzo standards and processes are all maintained, followed and adhered to. As a Prezzo General Manager, you will have a very ‘hands on’, ‘lead from the front’, ‘not afraid to get your hands dirty’ attitude and will develop a strong hard-working team of passionate individuals (both front and back of house) whilst creating an ambient and inviting environment for Prezzo guests, ensuring the most exceptional experience at all times.
