Debenhams is excited to be opening in Meadowhall this September, and brings with it a beauty hall unlike any you’ve seen before – the ‘Beauty Hall of the Future’! 

We’re bringing new concepts and fabulous product offerings which will really set us apart. This will be one of only two Halls launching this year, so it’s the perfect opportunity for any beauty lovers out there.

What you will bring

To accompany our beauty hall of the future, we need a beauty team of the future. A team who are passionate about product, live and breathe beauty, and will inspire our customers every day. We are looking for a Supervisor to drive this team on a daily basis and create a beauty experience to be proud of. Our Supervisors know how to get the best out of others, and can tailor their leadership style accordingly. Commerciality is important; you will play a pivotal role in promoting our Debenhams Beauty Club and driving customer loyalty. You’ll work closely with your Sales Manager in the planning and delivery of regular beauty events in store. Your desire to keep up to date on the latest trends and interests via social media, supported by your love of Beauty and Fragrance, will help our customers look good and feel great. We’re looking for prior experience of Supervising a team, as well as a love for all things beauty!

What you will be doing

Our Beauty Hall of the Future brings together some of the best brands, most innovative products, and exciting services. With your help, your team will create perfect experiences that customers will love and want to share. You’ll inspire your team to make shopping fun and easy, and will identify key priorities to make this happen.

As a Supervisor you will work alongside your Manager to create rotas, ensure you have the right people in the right places, and coach others to deliver outstanding service. Relationships with our Brand Area Managers are also important, and you will work alongside them to create a memorable in store experience.

When you’ll be doing it

Our stores are open 363 days a year, and we want our customers to enjoy a seamless experience whenever they choose to visit. We operate a seven day shift pattern, and this role will require you to have the flexibility to work up to 5 days per week
