So, when you work with us as a PT, we won’t take a single penny of your hard-earned cash. Yes, that’s right, you get to keep 100% of your earnings, except for a small yearly license fee and just 15 hours a week of your time to help run classes in the gym and keep it looking spick and span in return.

How Does It Work?

When you work for us as a Personal Trainer you operate on a freelance basis – this can be as a business or sole trader, it’s completely up to you.

You can charge as much or as little as you like, take on as many clients as you’re capable of, operate your own working hours and, best of all, be your own boss.

All we ask for in return is just 15 hours of your time per week to help our team deliver the best service possible to our growing membership base. This may include, customer service, inductions, tours, maintenance, cleaning and running group exercise classes. And a small license fee of £100 + vat on a yearly basis.

The Right Candidate

We’ve set the bar pretty high, and we need even more fantastic PTs to help us continue this trend of excellence in 2018 and beyond.

So, to work for us you must have the following:

• A Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
• A proactive, and driven attitude with a passion for customer service and a desire to help members achieve their goals.
• A willingness to work as part of The Gym Team for at least 15 hours per week.
