Senior Duty Manager - Littlehampton
40 Hours | £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Run the site day to day on behalf of the management team
- Train, mentor and lead the team
- Cash Handling
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- To ensure all compliance checks are completed fully
- First aid and reporting
- Rota management
Skills
- Team Management and Leadership
- Attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience working within the leisure industry and ideally within a busy and fast paced multi activity venue is favoured.
- Min 5 years working in a Management position
- Experience in bowling or climbing is helpful
