This is an exciting General Manager opportunity to assume responsibility for an impressive lifestyle club in the heart of rural Cheshire with all the latest health, fitness, sports, spa, golf and swimming facilities for the whole family to enjoy.

The General Manager post is a highly varied and demanding role, strategic and hands-on, so you will you will look at ways to improve the service and standards, products available and sales and marketing for the business, and work closely with your management team to ensure you are striving to improve every single day. You will be very visual to members and guests particularly at peak times, demonstrating to your teams what exceptional customer service looks like. You will be measured on membership growth, EBITDA, NPS and brand standards.

We are therefore looking for a seasoned Club or General Manager within the leisure industry who has a track record in growing membership and yield within a premium service environment and has experience in managing the majority of departments and services in the club. You will obsessed with member service and developing your internal talent. Our client gives significant autonomy to their General Manager, therefore we are looking for a General Manager who has a high degree of self-motivation, is self-sufficient day to day and who has an 'ownership' mentality.
