Assistant Restaurant Manager

A fantastic opportunity is available at a Michelin Starred restaurant in rural Wales. The restaurant has held a Michelin Star for two years and is expected to achieve another this year. In 2017, Michelin called this restaurant an ‘Intimate, Scandic-style restaurant with an open kitchen’ where the chef ‘uses superb local and foraged ingredients’.

Transport links by car or train to more urban areas are available as well as live in accomodation. In this role you will work alongside one of the UK’s best known chefs as well as a Front Of House team of serious pedigree, this is the kind of role from which you would have the necessary experience to move onto any other restaurant in the UK.

The salary available int his role is up to £22k and tips will most likely cover your living costs so this role would give you an excellent opportunity to save money fast. Alongside the rewarding nature of working within a close team of excellent staff and with the best ingredients, this role offers much more than the salary.

This role would be suited to a natural host with an interest in fine food, wines and spirits.
