The Operations Manager’s Main responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property managing the HOD’s and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Supporting and deputising in th Cluster General Managers absence.

Key Job Requirements:

To provide positive leadership, clear vision, direction and appropriate support for the Hotel team.

  • Supporting the management teams produce and achieve departmentalobjectives.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of effective training, coaching, development plans to maximise potential of all team members.
  • Setting clear expectations for individuals and team.

Proactively minimise risk to staff, customers and contractors fostering a strong Health & Safety Culture at all Times. To implement/champion energy conservation measures and environmentally friendly working practises.

  • Implementation and active monitoring of Company/Hotel Health andSafety Policy incl. Food Safety and HR Policy
  • Implementing, monitoring and reviewing security procedures to protect guests, staff and property

Ensure stringent compliance with relevant brand standards defined for service delivery, product  presentation, systems of work and customer interaction.

  • Effective monitoring of Food Management, Liquor Management and Financial standards and systems.

Deliver the planned revenues margins and profit targets and exploit opportunities in a way that optimises results.

Consistently reflect on the needs and perspectives of customers when taking action and planning activity

  • Acting as a role model for the hotel team in all customer interactions
