You as Good In Controller will be a hands on operator who using your knowledge and experience will manage the receiving of orders for both the Bar and the Kitchen ensuring that all deliveries are accurately received, stored and secured. 

You will work with external stock auditors as well as the Financial Controllers and General Manager minimizing stock loss and implementing best practice across the board.
