Bread Baker

Fitzbillies is a Cambridge institution. It started life in 1920 and has been famed for its Chelsea Buns ever since.

We have recently acquired a bakery in North Cambridge and are looking for both skilled bakers and bakery assistants to join our team. You will be producing artisan sourdoughs alongside our other organic breads.

Experience is preferable but an enthusiastic willingness attitude to learn the trade is just as important. Working as part of a small friendly team, you will be preparing ingredients, mixing, shaping, proving, baking, packing and cleaning.

This is a full-time job working five shifts over seven days arranged to suit you and the business need. Salary will be based on experience.
