As Operations Manager, you will showcase a natural flair for leadership with a sprinkle of fun.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing employees and ensuring that they consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards. You’ll also be required to demonstrate skilful planning and deliver excellent service across all areas of the business.

We’ll rely on you to ensure that the hotel and event space runs smoothly; this will be achieved with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude, putting the Exchange Hotel values into action.

Do You Have…

• 3+ years in a hospitality managerial role?
• Proven track record for achieving and succeeding KPIs?
• The ability to demonstrate solid financial acumen?
• The enthusiasm to be guest focused?
• Experience in large scale events?
