The Olde Bull is a charming 15^th century Inn based in the town centre and on the doorstep of the Historic Roman Bath Museum

We are looking for an experinced General Manager with the passion and drive to take this business forward. This will include developing the present food offer.

• Passionate, with a hands-on approach
• Catering Experience
• Customer focused with exceptional standards
• Commercially aware & financially astute
• The ability to identify new business opportunities & drive sales
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Sound knowledge of compliance & H&S within the business
