Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a passion for food to be our Commis Chef.

As a Commis Chef you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen as you will be responsible for preparing and presenting the food to the standard specified by the Head Chef.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Controlling the order and storage of food supplies
• Preparation and presentation of food for service
• Adhering to food safety standards
• Assist the kitchen team where possible to ensure smooth and efficient service

The menus in our busy business varies greatly, but it doesn't matter if a guest orders a sandwich or a three-course meal, we want to ensure they have a high quality experience and want to return. If you have a positive, can-do attitude and outstanding kitchen skills, this could be the role for you.

There’s a competitive rate of pay £7.83-£8.50 per hour along with all the benefits of working for a growing and well-respected company, including 28 days annual leave (rising to 33 days after 5 years), generous employee discounts, life assurance and much more.
