Head Chef / Kitchen manager needed to prepare basic breakfast and fresh, healthy lunches for around 80-100 people per day - Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm in a newly fitted out office space in Solihull. 

The business is a professional service company who want someone who can create delicious, nutritious, and well balanced meals for their team. The head chef will be in charge of all food production, purchasing, stock control, health and hygiene, HACCP, costings, due diligence and working to set budgets. 

Personality is also very important in this role. Our client is looking for a friendly, positive chef who serves with a smile! The head chef must be approachable, open to feedback and must be someone who gets on easily with others. The successful candidate will be managing one 2nd chef. 

The Head Chef will be aware of cooking for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free diets. They will be passionate about food and will be able  to make their dishes look vibrant and tasty while still well-balanced.

  THIS BUSINESS WILL BE CLOED OVER CHRISTMAS AND BANK HOLIDAYS
