The role of Demi Chef de Partie involves:

  • Preparing  mise-en-place, items and dishes for the team  
  • Assisting with the creation of new menu items
  • Making dishes or carving at Service stations for events
  • Ensuring all health and safety practices are consistently adhered to

The ideal Demi Chef de Partie candidate will be:

  • Passionate about the culinary industry and use of fresh local produce
  • Experienced within a similar hotel or fine dining environment or NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent in Culinary or catering fields.
  • Good understanding and use of English language.
