What are we looking for?

We are looking for a part-time membership sales professional. You’ve got experience working in business development, tracking sales, understanding conversion rates - as well as the determination to always do better. You’re process driven, you’re powered by results and excited about finding new ways to experiment and improve the system. You will assist your club manager to drive the sales & operations of one of the first Jetts club in the UK and build the membership base.

What is the focus of the role?

As a sales person you will need attention for detail and energy which are the foundations of the following

  • Exceptional communication skills, personable, confident and able to build relationships
  • Demonstrates great passion & pride in what you do
  • Outstanding customer service values
  • Manage the sales process with the General Manager
  • High self-motivation and drive needed daily
  • Promote and sell memberships within your club
  • Generate prospects by building relationships inside and outside of the club
  • Do daily lead generation in the community
  • A pro-active attitude and an understanding of the required activity levels needed to exceed sales targets every month
  • Great Time management skills
  • Book tours and appointments to showcase the club
  • Discuss membership needs & wants helping potential members obtain the results that are right for them
  • Ensure you have in-depth product knowledge & understanding of the benefits of exercise
  • Great communication & organisational skills and experience in a customer facing environment
  • Previous experience of working within health club sales is a must
